The Supported Flats Service works with Young People aged 16-21.  We currently have 9 flats in and around Livingston all of which are fully furnished and most of which are shared accommodation.  When a young person joins the Supported Flats Service they are allocated a dedicated Support Worker who will work with them to give personal and practical support, helping them to develop the self-confidence and skills needed to live independently.   Each young person who enters our service is an individual with their own needs and therefore we will create a support plan tailored to the needs of the individual.
