The additional services are comprised of Supported Flat accommodation for 16-26 year olds. Accommodation is provided in nine one and two bedroom flats within the West Lothian locality for up to sixteen young people.
We offer a Community Outreach Service which was launched in May 2018. This project supports vulnerable young people at risk of homelessness. Staff assist with preventative work through the use of early intervention. Our continued development and movement to a more flexible system of support has allowed significant growth within our Community Outreach Service.
Our services allow ODAP to work with young people through their transitional journey from being homeless and potentially roofless to living in settled secure accommodation.
